Sweet! If you search my wife's maiden name you will find a case where she was issued a sap, which was apparently not kosher. She used it on a felonious alien, was reprimanded, and then later was exonerated because it was given to her by her superior.

Yeah. Not as effective as her radio though. She shattered a guy's jaw with that. They were heavier back then. I don't think I should tell the story of what her and her partner did to a prisoner they were repatriating to Nigeria after he spit on them and tried to run away.
